Tucked into a food court within Downtown Sedona, Sabrina's Ice Cream Shop offers a standard selection of flavors. My experience with the ice cream was quite ordinary. I tried the banana split sundae, which included vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry ice cream topped with whipped cream, chocolate drizzle, nuts, banana, and frozen strawberries. Unfortunately, the banana was overly ripe, and the frozen strawberries were difficult to eat. While the portion size was decent, the overall taste was average at best. On a brighter note, the mangonada was refreshing! This mango and pineapple smoothie with chamoy and tajin was a large portion and enjoyable. However, be aware that it leans more toward salty and sour rather than sweet. The wait time was around 5-10 minutes, with a few staff members working efficiently. The food court also offers ample seating, making it a convenient spot to relax. Overall, while Sabrina's Ice Cream Shop has some hits and misses, it provides a decent place to cool off and enjoy a treat in Downtown Sedona.

Sedona, AZ: one of the ladies in the stores recommended we head over and try the huckleberry ice cream. I'm glad she did. We tried the huckleberry, birthday cake, and espresso n chips ice creams. Sooo good.

My wife and I enjoyed our afternoon nosh while out exploring Sedona. They are located in a food court location. The flavors are pretty standard. I tasted the Huckleberry which was also good. I was surprised to learn they glue the cone to the wrapping paper and I do hope the glue is an edible glue. That was our only concerned. We could finish the waffle come in light of this toward the end of our nosh.
